HELP WITH YOUR GNS101 PASSWORD PROBLEM

USING THE GNS101help desk
1.    Goto https://elearning.futa.edu.ng/gns_hesk/ or goto https://elearning.futa.edu.ng and click on Help Desk link to lunch
2.    click on "Submit a ticket"
3.    Fill in your fullname, email, matric number, subject and problem
4.    Upon submission, the system will automatically generate a ticket ID to assess the solution later example of ticket id: BYA-R84-Z56Y
5.    Response will be available after 48hrs.
6.    To view reponse to your ticket, go back to  https://elearning.futa.edu.ng/gns_hesk/
7.    click on "View existing ticket"
8.    Supply for ticket id and your email address
